Well Hello Again World

Right then, I`ve really been meaning to start a new Japanblog for a while now...I`ve even thought up the spiffy lil title I`d like to give it...

But, I can`t read the sign up questionnaire cuz it`s in Japanese...and I really think it`d be rather inane to post my rantings (the ones I`ve already written anyway) both here and on the new blog, cuz well, that`s more effort than I`m currently willing to put forth...thus, they remain stored on my computer...unread to the world...

Rest assured however, that once I can read the signup page (or I can thoroughly convince someone to walk me through it), I shall indeed have a brandnew blog (version 2.0, if you will) that will not only be (I imagine) frequented by the lot of you, but also by my family and other friends...

Which may well mean I`ll inevitably have to abandon this blog (and the xanga...which has already all but been abandoned anyhow)...so I`ll be the first to say this one has served me well in conveying my depressions (read the first few months), anxieties (somewhere in the middle), insecurities (again, the middle-ish, and near the end), joys (good luck findin those, haha) and overall craziness (read bloody well anywhere you`d like)...

Also, having a brand spanking new (Doug)...blog...means that I can`t have a comments section on that one, cuz one o`you`ll inevitably write a stupid comment which my family members shouldn`t see, and I`ll call you stupid, and then they`ll see the comment (as well as the ensuing argument and name-calling following said comment), and then the folks n`I will have a row bout the whole thing and what they`ve found out (I`m suspicious it`ll involve smokes or alcohol-consumption, possibly the deadly combination of the two), and the last thing I need is for upset folks to shout me out while I`m half the world away...

This post, as you can plainly see, ended up being about perfectly nothing...much in the same way that almost 300 posts before it can now be summarized as such...but that`s how it works, non? you start with a whole lot to mutter out, and in retrospect, it may well be as lil as you`d feared it`d be...

And that my friends...is how it`ll continue to work...just not quite yet...

So, until the beginning of something new...yet something all too familiar...
